An authentic Ricky Rudd #28 Halvoline Nascar used on short tracks in 1999 and 2000. Car was used for showing by Texaco agent after being retired. RYR engine was rebuilt and has only dyno time on it. Car has been stored since June of 2005. I have authentication papers, dyno test, receipt for rebuild, picture from Martinsville, and engine out of car picture.
