It is easy to list your race car or transporter for sale on our website.
You can use the online listing interface or simply mail us all the information.
There is no fee for the listing, we receive a commission from you
after the sale, but only if the sale is to a buyer who came through us.
You are under no obligation if the car is sold through other channels.
Our commission is only 5% of the sale price. We market cars world-wide.
We act as your agent and handle many aspects of the sale for you.
We screen all inquiries and can arrange showings.
We relay qualified inquiries to you and register their identity in our online database.
We go to great lengths to preserve your privacy, never providing your personal contact
information without your permission.
We free you from the endless
phone calls at all hours and constant mailing of information packets to casually interested buyers.
We can also help arrange domestic or international shipping.
General procedures and our mutual responsibilities are outlined in a
Vehicle Listing and Commission Agreement.
To list your car first assemble the information we display on the site:
- Photos (Required) We request a minimum of 6 high quality photos. More are welcome.
Photographic paper prints or digital photos of at least 1 megapixel (1152 x 864) are preferred. Colour xeroxes are not as the quality is inferior.
We favor high quality static views including front and rear 3/4, front and rear, and side.
We also like to provide detail shots of the engine bay, interior, and corners.
A few good action shots are also desirable. If you have photos
which are copyrighted we can probably use them. We have use agreements with many
motorsports photographers.
For engines or gearboxes photos are preferred but not required.
- Specifications (required) As much written information on the car as possible. View our
Car Data Template
for a guideline. You cannot give us too much information. If your car was the subject
of a magazine article or is described in a book let us know.
- Supporting Documents (Optional) Copies of significant documents such as time slips, logbooks, FIA papers, bills of sale, or letters of
certification.
Once you have the materials assembled you can use our new Online Listing Interface or mail us the materials.
The Sales Process describes what happens once your listing is available on the site.
Use the Online Listing Interface
You can provide all of your car data using our new Online Listing Interface.
This interface allows you to accept our commission agreement online and fill in a comprehensive form to provide all your car data.
If you have a digital camera or scanner you can upload the photos and images of supporting documents also.
(Scan them with at least 1000 pixels in width.)
If you do not have your photos and documents on your computer you can mail them to us after you have provided your car data online.
To use the Online Interface you must first register with the site. This registration also allows you to use other advanced site features. The Online Listing Interface also has links for listing your Engine, Gearbox, or Transporter.

Mail Us the Listing Materials
You can always send us the listing materials by snail mail.
- Print out a copy of the Vehicle Listing and Commission Agreement, read and sign it.
- Print our Car Data Template and fill in as much information as possible.
- Mail the materials and the signed listing agreement to the address below.
- If you request it we will return all supporting materials.
